Dear Residents:
We are excited to share that effective October 15, 2026, your community will become part of the Homestead Communities family. Homestead Living will assume management of the community and begin serving residents immediately.
Please note that during this transition, you may receive additional communications regarding community operations, contact information, resident services, and new systems. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we complete the setup process.

Homestead Communities is a long-term owner and operator of manufactured housing communities. We are committed to investing and improving our communities for years to come.
Who will manage the community?
We are pleased to share that Victoria O’Bleness will continue serving as your Community Manager.
How do I contact the community office?

How do I pay rent?
As part of the transition to Homestead Living, we will be implementing new resident communication and payment platforms.
- Resident Portal – The Resident Portal will be used to communicate with community management, submit service requests, and access important community information.
- Occupi Payment Portal – Rent payments will be made through the Occupi Payment Portal. We are currently working to establish resident accounts and anticipate having the system available by the end of the week.
Once your account has been created, you will receive additional information, including instructions on how to access the portals, make payments, and manage your account online. In the meantime, if you have questions regarding rent payments or your account, please contact the community office directly for assistance.
