To Residents of Alonda Villa,
I wanted to tell you that we have reached an agreement to sell Alonda Villa to a new owner. We have owned and operated Alonda Villa for over two decades and it is with some regret that we are now closing out a wonderful relationship with many long-term community members.
The sale process is now moving to a phase in which the purchasers are making inspections of the community infrastructure, common areas, and permanent structures, which may require entering your lot beginning Monday, March 23.
Thank you in advance for any courtesy you can offer the inspection team as they evaluate their Alonda Villa purchase.
