In April 2025, we were informed by ROC NW Cooperative Development Center (hereafter labeled “ROC”) they were waiting for the last of the information to complete a feasibility review of our park to discover if it would work to form a cooperative to buy the park.
Friday, May 2, 2025 the website public notice board for ROC showed “Purchase Not Feasible – Too Expensive.” ROC was contacted, and it was confirmed that it was not currently financially feasible at the time for Alonda Villa MHP to organize as a cooperative.
Thursday, May 8, 2025 the the website public notice board for ROC updated to “Active Discussion.” ROC did not return calls or emails to confirm what was taking place.
Thursday, May 15, 2025 the website public notice board for ROC showed “Purchase Not Feasible – Too Expensive.” ROC did not return calls or emails to confirm what was taking place.
