1. Motion to Add DBAs to AVAA
To avoid future conflicts regarding spelling variations:

Motion passed unanimously.
2. Driveway Report
Harry and Lisa examined and documented all driveways in Alonda Villa and created a rating system to assess their condition.
Next step: Obtain estimates for repairs to bring all driveways up to ADA standards, beginning with those in the worst condition.
Motion: Communicate with Joe and Ryan (cc: Victoria) regarding the driveway situation and send letters to the seven homes needing immediate attention.
Motion passed unanimously. Kathleen P. will proceed.
3. Roof Repair
Three contractors have been contacted; estimates are pending.
4. Website
Request to list only committee members’ names.
Jesse will handle updates.
5. Treasurer’s Report – Karen
- Spaghetti Feed: Final profit of $1,321.63
- Cookbook: One deposit made; second payment due soon
- Donations: Four new contributions — 79 homes have now donated
6. Cookbook Report – Carrie
- Total cost: $1,243.50 (half paid; second payment due soon)
- Friends of Alonda will receive 10 copies at cost
- 100 pre-sold out of 200 copies
- Marketing ideas:
- Bring cookies made from a cookbook recipe to meetings to promote it
- Contact all contributors
- Holiday potluck
- Craft fair
- Residential meetings

Still a cost-effective fundraising idea.
Currently looking for suitable events and locations.
Suggestion: Pre-bag caramel corn for sale and deliver to shut-ins.
11. Car Show and Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast – Kathleen C.
Planned for springtime.
Plan to serve breakfast to participants before opening to the public.

- Appraisal will be completed first; additional costs will follow.
- Expecting updates soon.
- Still searching for a lawyer to establish proper documentation and ensure all processes are handled correctly.
