Fundraising and Events
- Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser:
- Deposit and room reservation fees have been paid.
- $366 was generously donated by Friends of Alonda to support the event.
- GoFundMe Campaign:
- Motion: Table the launch of the GoFundMe campaign until after the appraisal is completed,
out of respect for both current and new donors. - Result: Motion carried unanimously.

Legal Considerations
- Discussion held regarding hiring a tenant lawyer.
- Decision: Postpone hiring until September, once appraisal results and next steps are clearer.
Appraisal Report (Kathleen P.)
- Letter to Joe Hammond has been successfully delivered.
- Appraisal is on schedule and will take approximately 40 days to complete.
- Committee members are compiling a list of required documents and details requested by Appraiser Chad to assist in the process.
